Strength

Our ‘Strength’ sessions will help you build strength, enhance muscle definition, improve your body composition, and boost bone health, while also reducing the chances of getting injured. This session focuses on resistance training exercises that target specific muscle groups and promote functional movement patterns. Our experienced coaches will be on hand to provide guidance and correct your form, as you work through a variety of exercises tailored to your individual needs and goals. You’ll track your reps and weight to ensure progressive overload, empowering you to continually push your limits and achieve new milestones.

SWEAT

Our ‘Sweat’ session is a dynamic and effective workout designed to rev up your metabolism and support fat burning. With a focus on high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and circuit-style exercises, ‘Sweat’ will keep your heart rate elevated as you move through different exercises. You can expect a combination of strength training movements and cardio bursts in this session, providing an optimal calorie burn while improving cardiovascular fitness. Our experienced coaches will be there to guide you through each exercise and ensure proper form and technique while encouraging you to push beyond your limits.
